For this subject, we had a mid semester examination whereby I learnt that time and effort really do pay off.
ASSIGNMENT
As for our assignment, we were given one of the topics above and we had to provide a video presentation along with a report. Our topic was on "teamwork", a topic which have yet to be taught. It is easy to find information especially with our current technology. However will it be right and to the context of our syllabus was another question.
As we carry this assignment as a group, i began to realized how things actually work. Teamwork is general is easy to understand but I was able to go in dept, where the principals, pros and con, and so on. I also learn that everyone is different and there always be some one whom is better in something, there no, Mr. Perfect. A good team with a good leader will be able to manipulate this to the team advantage.
Frankly, I seem to be somewhere else in my mind each time I am in class. I get really confused when the lecturer says something. However I did realized and tried putting extra hours on this subject each week for the final examination. Here is my group presentation, enjoy.
