In this semester, I had to choose an elective subject if not I have to take it in semester 5. So out of the rest, autocad was my main choose. I wanted to get well prepared for next time. I at least wanted to get famailiar with it as I well be using them in future. Funny thing was, I only choose this as my elective on the fourth week and I have missed out on alot. I felt like I didnt belong in that class but I did not gave up hope. And now towards the end, I can gladly tell myself, its over!
For this subject, it consist of 2 assignments and a final test. I have learn to set up layers and use them separately as well as differentiating them. However the second assignment was a mind blowing adventure, the adventure of the sleepless nights. It was hard starting it at first but once I got used to the control and the system, things began to moved more smoothly. The second assignment, I had to produce a building plan which includes the floor plans, roof plan, elevation and section. Luckily for me everyone else was not as bad as me and they were helpful enough to help me out. thank you so much guys, especially my girlfriend, Tham Ye-Lin. Now i can say, I am a proud autocad user.
