SOFTWARE APPLICATION | QSB 2813
Software application is one of my favourite subject this semester. It reminds me of Autocad in semester 3. In this subject, I was able to learn about to software, buildsoft and costx.
For this subject it compromises of 2 tests and 2 assignments. For assignment one, is more on the theory and data finding and abit of our opinion. It was nothing new for me. It add on, it was a group assignment. My groupmates and I were able to finish that with ease. However assignment 2, it was a whole different level of difficulty. We were to produce a price list and a bill of quantites using buildsoft and costx software.
Before starting on assignment 2, it was very tidious as I am not a computer genius. Without much knowledge, I began to paster my classmates to show me how to start. With a bit of their help, I began to understand how it actually work but it took alot of time. Patience was not one of strongest points and time was of an essence. Luckily I was able to book the computer lab over night. Within that time frame, I was able to complete everything just in the nick of time.
