Our lecturer for this subject is Mr. Leong Boo Tik. This subject is particularly new to us, where we learned about managing a project, construction or otherwise. We also learned about the project manager's roles, the types of organisations, planning, monitoring and controlling the project, scheduling t=and teminating the project.
For our individual assignment, we had to use Microsoft Project to plan out the schedule for the construction of a water pump station. We were required to build a table of activities, listing the precendence of each activity and providing our own assumptions where necessary. We also constructed a Gantt chart and critical path diagram for those action.
