Structures consist of 1 assignment only. It is a group assignment which compromises of 5 members. In this assignment, we were required to build a bridge using straws and glue only. Just with this two elements, we are needed to make a force of tension and compression between them and see whether or not the bridge we build could withstand a load.
We face several problems while doing this assignment. First of all, the meeting times was messed up as it was close with other assignment due date and everyone in our group were in different groups in other subjects. It was very hard to have everyone there at the same time but we pull through. There were many ideas and arguments but in the end, we all came to a conclusion and stick through it, it was not the best group but we were satisfy with ourselves. This is a picture of our straw bridge. It withstand 2 full bottle of 1.5 litres. (3kg)
